COASTAL ENCLAVE

This California home was painted a new color to make it a little more interesting. The small front yard was landscaped with rock work, hardscape and plantings, and a pathway with a curved, stained concrete wall was added. The side yard is perched above the Pacific with a fabulous ocean view but this small space was not being utilized by the homeowners. A sandy beach with a firepit, a large natural driftwood bench and small stone patio were added. This area became such a fabulous, private space to sit and relax while gazing at the ocean, the clients added a new door from their house for quick and easy access.
